Local Processing: Vaultarica is a desktop application that processes and indexes your files locally on your device. No files are uploaded to our servers.

Online-Only Service: Vaultarica requires an active internet connection for authentication, licensing verification, and service access. This ensures security and prevents unauthorized use.

Lawful Use: You agree to use Vaultarica only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements for running Vaultarica.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your files and content. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

Service Availability: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that Vaultarica will be available at all times or free from errors.

Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regular backups of your indexed data and settings.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Subscription Model: Vaultarica operates on a subscription-based model with no free tier. All users require an active subscription to use the service.

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. All charges are processed in advance.

Personal Use: Standard subscriptions are for personal use on a single PC. Each user requires their own subscription.

Multiple Devices: Additional PCs require separate subscriptions at discounted rates for the same user account.

Enterprise Licensing: Organizations requiring multiple licenses should contact us for enterprise pricing and terms.

Team Management: Enterprise accounts include centralized billing and user management features.

Volume Discounts: Significant discounts are available for organizations with 10+ users.

Online-Only Service: Vaultarica requires a continuous internet connection for operation. Authentication, licensing verification, and core functionality depend on server connectivity.

System Requirements: Minimum system requirements are published and may change with updates. Users are responsible for meeting these requirements including stable internet connectivity.

Performance Expectations: Performance depends on your hardware, internet connection, file types, and collection size. We provide optimization guidelines but cannot guarantee specific performance levels.

Updates and Maintenance: We provide regular updates including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Some updates may require restart or re-indexing.

Service Interruptions: We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons with reasonable notice when possible. Service interruptions will affect all functionality.
